In life we all do our best to avoid pain and bring happiness yet this is not always possible. If you are reading my profile then maybe you are looking for ways to heal your pain. Perhaps you are feeling angry, sad or confused over events that have gone out of your control. You may be simply tired of the way things are yet you do not know how to change them. Maybe you just need someone who can listen to you and acknowledge how your life is right now.

I am a psychotherapist and I offer both online and face-to-face therapy sessions. I will be happy to support you in a way that feels comfortable for you.

What to expect

Our first session we will be about you and what has brought you to therapy. Many people come to therapy to feel better. While this is the best outcome you will find that therapy helps you in other ways too. You will get in touch with your feelings, your needs and your expectations. Knowing yourself is the key to making good decisions. In therapy you will reflect on your past experiences since your past story often shapes the way you are today. You may also come to therapy to deal with big issues in your life such as lack of confidence, fear, feelings of inadequacy or isolation. Such feelings often wear away our courage and confidence. Therapy gives you the space get in touch with your inner strength and use it to your best ability.

About me

For the past years I have worked therapeutically with children, adolescents and adults both within an educational setting and in private practice. I also provide online therapeutic support to persons who experience a vast range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, loneliness, issues with self-confidence or relationship problems.

In my free time I enjoy good cups of tea in the company of family and friends. I love being in touch with nature be it by the sea, in the country side or in the kitchen with my vegetables and spices. I cherish a good laugh and I find gratitude to be one of the best gifts of life.
